The room was large. Near the ocean. Good for short walk view.
Located in Waimea away from the tourist crowds. The house was quite comfortable for the two of us. Free parking and decent wifi.
staff was extremely helpful in making suggestions for things to do. great location- across the street from grocery store.

Cons -

Location Waimea is kind of a run down town not much going on there and big drive to the better areas. Ac in room was inefficient. TV didn't work in room. Neighborhood was noisy. About a block from the ocean but not a good place to swim there.
Cooking amenities are scarce although we did manage with what was provided Had trouble with TV remote. Fortunately we were on the go a lot but did like to watch a little TV when we got home in the evenings.
When we arrived, there was no one to greet us and show us our room at 7:30 pm. The front doorways open and the living room dark. I called the name on our confirmation. He called us back about 20 minutes later and told us where to look for our paper work.
