Guests checking in must be at least 21 years old. After hours check-ins should pick up the white phone on the wall outside the check in office for security assistance. We are excited to announce that Paniolo Greens will undergo unit renovations starting November 15, 2025, aimed at enhancing guest experience and improving our facilities. During this period, we will ensure minimal disruption to our operations and guest services. All common areas, including the pool and recreation center will remain open. We hope to have all renovations completed by the end of 2026. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 250.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
