Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be 18 years of age to check-in at the property. Housekeeping is not included. There is no daily maid service. Security deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. Air conditioning is not offered at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed the day of check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios. A $350 nonrefundable fee will be assessed for noncompliance. Pets are not allowed. There is an afterhours courtesy phone in front of the golf carts (attached to a pole and it has a picture of a phone on the box). Please pick the phone up and give it a couple of minutes to connect. Give them your full name; they will give you the lock box code, which has your key and directions to your unit. Please fill out your license number on the form and place it back into the box. Please come to the front desk in the morning with your ID and credit card to finish checking in.
