Located directly across the road from Kamaole Beach Park II and 14 mi from Kahului Airport, the Aston at the Maui Banyan features outdoor swimming pool. It also offers a hot tub, and a tennis court and shopping centers nearby. All units are decorated in a tropical beach style and have a balcony and a TV with cable channels. The rooms also include a coffee machine, safety deposit box, and ironing facilities. BBQ facilities are also on site. The resort is completely nonsmoking. The Elleair Maui Golf Club is 2.4 mi from Aston at the Maui Banyan. Kihei Town Center Shopping Center is 1 mi away.

- Picking one is hard. The location was great. The shower was great. The bed was great.
- The room was extremely clean. The staff was very welcoming and personable.
- The full kitchen was nice and stocked with utinsels
Cons -
- The toilet space was small, but that is minor compared to all the great things about this room.
- I was charged an additional $250 at check in for services such as housekeeping and taxes that were never disclosed at booking. Had I known about the additional fees I would have stayed somewhere nice for roughly the same price.
- Unfortunately, there was no central air conditioning. The window air conditioners were effective but very noisy.
