Spacious and comfortable and clean.

The pool, the staff, the amount of beds (two of them being discreetly hidden), free parking, that it was gated, there are cameras, and patrolled to an extent (which is helpful as my last stay nearby my car was broken into due to no security or cameras).

The groundskeepers start their work very very early and it is quite inconvenient with jetlag (especially the mowing). Also, the ants are quite a problem. But, from what I've experienced, they're pretty much everywhere in Maui.

The condo's interior is a bit dated. The hot water didn't last long enough for a family of four. There was no air conditioning in the only bedroom.

The hotel was in a great location with the beach and great selection on dining out

The room needed an upgrade to newer bathroom and living room furniture.

The resort exterior was beautifully presented.It is unfortunate that the owners of the condos don't have the same hi standards Good water pressure

air con was so loud the TV had to be right up to hear it and it did not cope well There was 1 coffee bag The Tv was very hard work out programs and to figure out how to use Couldn`t work Spectrum No transport to rooms for luggage

Castle Kamaole Sands Resort is a fully equipped gated community nestled near the picturesque beachfront of Maui. With its prime location, guests can easily access the stunning beach and enjoy the tropics.

It is very close the the beach and centrally located in town.

The room I rented had not been updated since the property was opened. The AC did not cool the room upstairs and the water heater went cold after 1 shower. Imagine flying to Hawaii and being too hot to sleep and taking cold showers. Terrible!

I rented 3 rooms. 2 of them were very nice. The 3rd room was a disaster. It hasn¿t been updated since the property opened. The air conditioning didn¿t cool the upstairs room and we ran out of hot water to shower. This units are all individually owned.

Check in was an awful experience. Hotel charges an extra $322 in cleaning fees and hotel fees and room was very outdated and overpriced. Very misleading to guests thinking they paid for the hotel outright and get charged for fees before checking in.

The grounds of this Hotel are well kept and the location is great. The staff was very friendly and had no issues with check-in. The pool area was nice as well and hot tubs.

My room was absolutely gross and not clean. There was trash and hair from the last guests. The kitchen was clean but that's was the only clean thing in the room. There was no AC in the bedroom like advertised. Dirty and unsanitary

The size/space of the room was awesome!! It fit our needs.

We loved staying in a condo rather than a hotel for this kind of a trip. Also the cleaning lady was very nice and waited for us.As we were checking out we took a little longer to leave because we wanted to give our baby one last nap before a late flight.

We had clogged bathtub that never got fixed the first time. We had to keep calling to make sure it got fixed.

The location is great. Right across the street from Kam 3 beach, a perfect place to relax on the beach, play in the water, or watch the sunset. The properties grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pool area is great.

A standard suite is not the best option. The room is dated and the location is by a road. Upgrade to at least a "Garden Suit".

Location, concierge person for planning trips (Gina), check-in and check-out was painless, on-site assigned parking.

Across the street from an excellent snorkeling beach park Room was well-stocked with beach accessories (chairs, noodle, fins, etc.), which was a pleasant surprise.

Room was kind of old and it showed.

The location was very good for what we wanted it. The beach is right across the street making it very easy to watch the sun set or go snorkeling!

The room only had an air conditioning in the living room which was far away from the living room. It would have been nice to have ac in the bed room.
