Pros +
- The best part is that everything is near by. From shopping to food. Also the free complemantry breakfast, coffee, tea & hot cocoa. There is also a station where you can fill your water bottles with fresh water!!

- The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
Cons -
- No rice
- For the high price and no kamaaina discount - The coffee maker & shower head are a cheap poor choices. The grouting around the toilet looked like a child did it. The elevator was a long walk and my room had a view of the mall. Ugh!
- Parking at night was not ideal. Didn't like the bathroom doors it was a sliding barn door. Unable to lock
