- Very clean, staff was excellent.
- Staff and management excellent Miss MARTINEZ took care of us. She was the head manager that was always accommodating and making sure that we were comfortable and safe for my kids and my family. We got an excellent room that was most beautiful time something that will be cherished and remembered forever.
- Beautiful accommodations! We had a gorgeous suite with two bedrooms , 2.5 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen and private patio. Everything was super clean! Enjoyed the luxurious soaking tub and high end bed linens , fluffy towels & robes . The hotel staff were professional, very friendly, and assisted us with dinner reservations . They even provided us with complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary .
Cons -
- I had to call to request simple things (spatula, no kitchen towels or washcloths, coffee). They brought them right away but those should be normal things.
- The pools next to building 24 is our go to pool amazing waterfalls and we always go back every year just to hang out at that pool
- We have no complaints. Our Hilton Waikaloa stay at the Grand Vacations King’s Landing was absolutely wonderful! ?
