- The facility is absolutely beautiful and very family friendly.
- Located on a wonderful beach with great outdoor pools.
- The Hapuna is a beautiful resort with an incredible beach! It is everything a Hawaiian resort should be!
Cons -
- Not really. They are doing some remodeling, but it is so well hidden, that it truly did not bother us at all.
- Not in a walkable area.
- noisy construction taking place. they changed the locks on the room door and did not program it correctly. we were locked out of our room for 30 minutes while the staff tried to resolve the problem. resort fee charged for parking though we had no car
