Pros +
- The friendliness and general effectiveness of the staff and the overall layout of the resort (pools, beach, etc.)
- Everywhere in this hotel, staff are super friendly and willing to help.
- Gorgeous interior and 2 pools and hot tubs. The coffee shop had delicious pastries and a great selection.
Cons -
- My wife "lost" a bag of items that were stored in the hotel freezer. They were not returned to us when we asked for them when we checked out.
- It would have been nice to have more attendants around the pool. Also if the adult pool had an age limit for children.
- There were active construction noises on the spa and elevator.
