Pros +
- Beautify scenery, well kept, very peaceful, quiet. Golf courses were in great shape. Everyone was super friendly. Good restaurant options. beach and pool were well kept as well
- My husband and I loved the spacious two-bedroom first-floor apartment with a patio that opened up to a lawn with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It was absolutely quiet and peaceful. The resort has a nice grocery store, restaurants, great snorkeling, all sorts of birds and tropical fish, great sunset views, a nice pool/jacuzzi club house. A special word of thanks is due to the concierge (Marvellee), who checked in with us daily for anything we needed and was very accommodating. Mauna Lani really exceeded our expectations.
- I like the staff very accommodating . One thing I don’t like is we booked for 1 king bed and 2 double beds total 3 beds and we got 2 beds . The room accommodation is messed up . Their defense is was booked by third party . But I pay for 3 beds I should get the right room .thats my only complain.
Cons -
- Everything was excellent except the mattress and pillow situation in J102. Memory foam mattress is terrible and pillow are way too tall and stout for a bed that sinks so much. We requested flatter pillows and were told that there are no flat pillows... so we had to go buy our own pillows on vacation which is a little crazy for a resort of this caliber.
- When we arrived, we could not find the office for checking in. Had to text and call and still had a hard time finding the office building, as there is no sign on it. Found it only after “mail boxes” were mentioned. There is no building number for GPS location. This was unpleasant after a long trip.
- Several "dislikes:" The living room TV was difficult to program via Spectrum and took over an hour for maintenance to try and fix it. The dryer startd to make a funny noise. And the AC started to whine and whistle. So for a "high-end" condo, this shoul

The location and amenities were great. Also the relative size of the condo and the rooms made us feel very comfortable.
