- The location is great. All of the ?Kona? touristy things are walking distance. Plenty of food options available. Plenty of parking as well.
- I asked for the manager and then they said the manager is currently not available.
- Very easy to buy grocery or personal items. Shops are 1 minute away
Cons -
- Parking is horrible basically no parking
- Price
- Booked a room for a King Bed poolside. Paid extra for a King bed. They gave us a double standard bed room. When I told them I booked a King bed, they said they are at capacity and there are no other rooms to exchange with.
