- Room smelled like dog. Standards weren?t what I expected. The lobby looks like a recreation and not a welcoming atmosphere
- 1. The corridor was noisy at 7 a.m. with children running and talking, along with their parents. Despite calling the front desk, the issue persisted. Very disappointing. 2. We requested an accessible room, but the front desk didn?t accommodate our needs.
- Ac broke twice, ice machine broke and staff should have been trained to notice that it was going to because water was leaking from the bottom for 2 days My car was sideswiped, keys had to be reset often Excuse for not fixing the ac was unacceptable
