Hand-crafted furniture, custom-tile bathroom floors and eclectic artwork is featured in all rooms, as well as wireless speakers, an alarm system, and a private balcony that is each uniquely crafted. A flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine are also included. The private bathroom provides a hairdryer and free toiletries. The Swim Club offers poolside entertainment, cultural activities and programs. Private cabanas are available for hire. A 24-hour reception welcomes guests. Mahina & Sun's restaurant offers dishes made with organic ingredients sourced by local farmer serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant features crafted cocktails and a specially blended and roasted coffee made exclusively for The Surfjack. The hotel is 5 minutes' drive from Waikiki Beach and 15 minutes' drive to Diamond Head State Monument. - Location was good, close to a lot eateries and Waikiki Beach.
- The atmosphere and live music
- The staff was super friendly. From arrival to the cleaning crew and restaurant staff. They cute ¿Instagram-able¿ touches. The pool was super clean. Each night they had live music. There were sanitizing stations throughout. A sunblock station too.
Cons -
- The rooms were smaller than what the pictures look like. Shorter pool hours for children.
- No
- Parking was awful: we were offered underground parking for an extra fee through the hotel. They allow staff to park in the spots, see you have to wait for someone to come move your car each time you want to park again even though you paid for your spot.
