Location is great. Bed is comfortable. This was our second time staying here
Noisy, first time we stayed we had a room facing the pool and it was quiet. This time we had one facing the main street and you could hear the traffic.Staff at reception is not rude, but is also not super welcoming

Great location, partial ocean view, great staff, especially the lady named Cecilia (if I remembered her name correctly), beach towels. Advice: book parking at the hotel ahead of time, they only have a few spots in the garage. Almost impossible to find free street parking spots in the evening and parking garages nearby are more expensive.
There was a missing part of the bathroom window, which allowed a lot of outside noise into the room. There’s also new construction very close by, so it can get noisy during the day. The A/C blows directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable at times. Additionally, there’s no housekeeping service if you stay for less than a week.

Access to beach chairs & towels. Pool bar & restaurant on site were great. Hotel close to all facilities.
There were no chairs on the balcony & a clothes horse would have been useful for wet clothing.

Location perfect for walking to the Beach, shopping, food, Kai Coffee, lots of choices for food & happy hours!! Loved Sam's Kichen, Bar, Pool, Hot tub & all the facilities available to us in the Hotel. Staff were very friendly, welcoming & helpfull. We would love to stay at Castle Bamboo Waikiki again, enjoyed every minute of our stay!! Loved it!! Our room on the 11th Floor was very comfortable, good size room, bathroom, adequate hanging space for clothes, kitchen area for meals, comfy bed & bedding, bright & breezy room with 2 sliding doors/windows to allow that tropical Aloha breeze to fill the room!! Fabulous stay at the Castle Bamboo Waikiki!! 2 Aussie Travellers. Xx

Location is perfect. Also clean.
The facilities are starting to show their age. There is no extraction fan in the bathroom. Lighting is limited.
