Nice memory foam mattress

the mini fridge wasn't running, the window shade was opaque and didn't reveal outside conditions, the price of the room was outrageous considering the location

Size of the room

Breakfast was disappointed no potatoes or grits, only one type of muffin (blueberries) only two types of fruit ( apple or oranges ) chairs in room were uncomfortable and very hard , bed was a little to hard for sleeping ( woke up serval time .

The price was decent, it was in an okay location.

The lamp fuses went out so neither of our lamps worked, and the front desk woman had no solutions or did not offer us a new room. There was a copious amount of trash under the bed itself. The bed was not particularly comfy.

I had to call the front desk about the noise in the room above us about 1am they finily went to sleep or somewhere. the toliet was not saft to set on

Dirty, that damn stupid barn door on the bathroom that doesn't close tight and no fan in the bathroom...very unpleasant stay.

The staff was awesome.

The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. I'm am sensitive to smoke, my nose ran the whole time I was there.

The location checking in was quick and easy

Yes I hated the barn door and the fact that the pool was not open and we had a hard time getting washcloths and towels .More than likely will not stay in this hotel again.

Yes I didn't like the service, they took $50 plus $91.24 off my card and it haven't been returned. The room had a odor, like it hadn't been cleaned. I will not stay there again.

The location mainly. The carpet surrounding the bed. Marvin at the front desk was welcoming and had great humor.

Phone didn’t work. Sliding glass doors in shower were very difficult to move. Shower head was awful. The pool towels were a joke.

Location was excellent. No decaf tea, but not a big deal.

Keys would not work on side door so had to block it open when we went out so we could get back in.
