A little tricky location but just take your time

Didn’t get to stay in my room at all and i couldn’t get a refund fir this day also I had to pay fees that no one told me about they were for the in case anything happened to the room but were none refundable

The staff was very helpful. They all were had great smiles. The breakfast was delicious. All of my rooms were amazing.

The property is nice and clean. It’s fairly new so the furnishings and decor are up to date. I saw an outside seating area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs that looked appealing, unfortunately I didn’t have time to take advantage. We had a king suite and the two televisions were a nice touch.

I didn’t like the flashing light on the smoke detector in the room. I also didn’t like the gap at the bottom of the door that was letting in light and noise from the hallway. These things likely will not matter to most people, but they are irritating to those of us who sleep lightly.

The beds were so low to the floor. It was very hard to get up from them. They need to have walk in showers They had a crazy entrance trying to get into the parking lot. You couldn't see it from the main road

There were ants in my room 402 and I have never saw that before and have stayed here numerous times and never saw pest so that was very disappointing.

The room was very clean which I appreciated.

The sink was clogged up. I asked housekeeping to send someone to fix it and no one showed up. It was never resolved. My sister's room had a clogged sink as well. Also weirdly enough between 3 rooms we had none of the deadbolts worked. The only sense of security we had was the metal flap at the top of the door. That came in handy when a staff member came in my room at 9:30am and checkout is 11:00am.

Clean. The staff was nice. I enjoyed the breakfast.

I love the setup of the room, however a large mirror outside of the bathroom would have been perfect.

Both the location and some of the staff made the stay memorable. Upon arrival, Kayla at the desk along with the young lady overseeing the breakfast area made the location rating Great not good. The young lady overseeing housekeeping Saturday morning made up for staff the previous night. All three were top notch employees!

Reaching out for supplies and no one available to assist. Therefore, having to purchase items at a convenience store until Saturday morning. Also, it would be nice for some flexibility in early arrivals especially if the customer is willing to pay the difference. Hotel was not full…

The room and bathroom were filthy. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, including the sink, the shower, and on the floor. The tissue was out of place and resting on top of the sink. When I entered the room, the TV was already on. Overall, I was very displeased.

Stayed for Memorial Day weekend in Waycross Georgia 3 days. Housekeeping did not come to my room not 1 time, I requested housekeeping numerous times and never received services, Front desk was nice , but the Management is horrible, and housekeeping is terrible!!

Management could have provided better customer service, seems they were no where to be found. Housekeeping could have provided proper services to guest who were staying there for more than 1 day,
