WiFi was out, older and showed wear and tear overall, foul smell in room, comforter was not contained on a duvet, no free breakfast
The check in agent seemed to be taking extra taxes and fees when already paid.
Our room flooded and our clothing left wet. The response was yes we are aware the first floor is flooded so we'll move you to another room. We were told a clothing dryer was available to dry our clothes. We were charged the full amount. Unacceptable.
