- The room I originally rented was AWFUL ROOM 321 the entire floor smelled horrible !! People arguing trash everywhere in hallway !!!!! Room was discusting and super ROACHY SECOND ROOM ROOM 209 super roachy

The room was clean.
No heat, the elevator didn't work going down, I had to walk down stairs which I was on the fourth floor. No water when I arrived.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant.
The property is in VERY bad shape. It's obvious the owners don't value that property. The smell in the hallways was rather awful as well. If one chooses to stay at the property, I would suggest the top floor because the noise level from patrons on floors above you is so bad you'll never get a good night's sleep. There's so much work that needs to be done to the property that the best thing to do would be to bulldoze the entire site and start all over with a new build. The price of the stay definitely wasn't worth it. The condition of the property was so bad that I checked out a day early even though I still had to pay for the entire stay.
