- Staff was very friendly and worked very hard but seem to be fighting a losing battle due to condition of hotel.
- The cleanliness and friendly staff, even the kitchen workers that prepared our free breakfast were friendly and prepped travel bags due to the upcoming storm

- Hotel needs a lot of work, probably a remodel. Everything is old and looks to be falling apart.
- Very run down the room was dusty and smelled molded.The curtains were dirty and falling off the windows.
- I got bed bug bites all over dime sized. Have photos. Went to walk in clinic for medications and shots. The front desk lady and manager said they were mosquito bites. delusional! The staff housekeepers showed concern..
