The hotel toilet has wasted matter coming out of the toilet when I got in there. This waste matter didn't come from me. It was there when I got to the room. The next room they put me in had filthy blankets and sheets. This was a waste of my hard earnings

The fabulous customer provided by the beautiful woman who checked me in.

The roaches. One on the wall, another on the bathroom counter.

Male front desk attendant was rude, when I asked about breakfast hours and didnt bother to make eye contact. Breakfast had no taste, eggs, sausage, coffee was cold. Carpet in room was old and had holes. Bed spreads were stained. Room trash wasnt emptied

Upon arrival our reservation was cancelled so it was a bit of a wait to get checked in after driving 10 hours. The room next to us had a dog that barked the entire time the guests were not in room and they left dog.

Worst frontdesk service and room key does not work well I had to wait at frondeskt to checkin for 1hr because no show up not answering the phone. wheb the frontdeskt person shows up, complaining with rude manner to customer DO NOT GO There!!!

Ok location

Booked a king smoking and only thing available on check in was queen. Reeked of marijuana and was filthy. Wife refused to stay. I stayed first night and said forget it the second night and booked elsewhere. Never again.

The location

The customer service was poor . There was continuous loud noises coming from the wall, wasn¿t people or music. My sleep was disturbed tremendously. I called to the front desk and she acted as if she could care less. She was no help at all.

Picture and reality....

Rooms smell like heap hotel. There was liquid pill on the wall, (visible, how come they don't clean it). The bathroom sink has something spill or smear on the counter, (visible as well) the bathroom smells like wet dog. The carpets are nasty and stain

I liked the location the best.

Yes. The fact that i got locked out my room because the room key wouldn't work. I had to have my room card reprogrammed 3 times.

Location

There were dead cockroaches in the room when we checked in and a bad smell. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn¿t even hear the tv when it was running. Cobwebs on ceiling. If I hadn¿t prepaid I would have just left.

The front desk clerk was clueless on how to check someone in. It took about 30+ minutes to get checked in. The manager had to be called multiple times. She tried to charge me again. But after calling the mgr he had to do it remotely. Bad experience.

The front desk clerk that works the night shift was great.

I didn't feel safe in the room due to the lock on the door malfunctioning at times. Rm 202
