The customer service, they were excellent day/night shift.

the WIFI, I brought my game system to watch certain apps that the hotel didn't have because of the LG tv. & I couldn't connect to the wifi on it due to the wifi only being able to connect phones/laptops. but the wifi connection on my phone was good.

I?ve stayed here before and the hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. I also enjoy the full breakfast options they provide as supposed to the limited options of other lodging.

It was updated and clean and in a good location.

The cleaning staff knocked on my door about 4 times before 11 am. Checkout was not until noon, and I was trying to work. I felt pretty rushed to leave.

The room was close to the outside doors, which made it incredibly loud. Even the room door itself is set to slam upon closing. So tjat is all we heard throughout our stay. Otherwise it is a nice hotel.

The doors! Perhaps there's a way to soften the way they close and not slam.

DID NOT MEET MY NEEDS NO APPLIANCES AND I HAVE NEVER BEE TO A HOTEL OR MOTEL AND NOT BEEN ABLETO HAVE EXCESS TO MY VECHIEL.

New remodel, clean, the kitchen and janitorial staff members were excellent.

The female at the front desk was not very welcoming or helpful. When I asked her about a list of nearby restaurants she did not have one, nor did she recommend any.

Great location. I visit there once a month and now the front desk knows my name. That¿s very nice.

I know it¿s hard to know how much food to fix for breakfast. However, one piece of meat left an hour before end of breakfast and only chocolate muffins to pick from. I think that could be improved.

The rooms were clean and beautifully appointed. This hotel represents one of those rare instances where a hotel should be rated better than 2+1/2 Stars. Included a full cooked breakfast.

Internet was down until the following morning. No pool.

Reasonable price and breakfast was included.

The carpeting in the hallway&room was worn & not so clean. Bathroom needed cosmetic repairs. I've always been happy with HolidayInn Express. This trip let me down twice. It looks like they are purchasing older buildings & not rehabbing them correctly.

I don¿t like the fact that I have to repeat myself multiple times and even after the fact not be taken seriously. I was even followed to my room at 6am to be a given a receipt that I didn¿t need and was charged unnecessarily.

The staff, especially the person in the breakfast area.

Placing a $50 temporary charge on my card. 4 days after my stay it is still on it.

Very nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb signs and tried to enter the room prior to check out with me not dressed. The parking lot was blocked several times by construction vehicles from a project next door.
