- Leaving
- Very clean and comfortable bed.
- To be fair, the room was clean and the layout of the room and location of the hotel was nice.
Cons -
- They had construction going on in the hotel all night and it was so noisy we didn't sleep at all. Terrible.
- However, the staff wasn't very friendly. They weren't rude mind you, but they did not go out their way to be noticeably pleasant. And this was VERY IMPORTANT there was NO HOT WATER. We had to bathe in cold water. That was unacceptable!!!!!
- Cleanliness, poor management, not receptive to guests concerns
