Desk staff are always friendly and helpful

Stayed from Friday until Monday and no one ever cleaned my room made the bed or brought clean towels. Had to go to the front desk everyday to get towels

This hotel is a remodeled Baymont. It was a dump before so maybe I'm biased but this location in not up to typical Holiday Inn Express standards! Very poor lighting in bathroom, very limited TV channels.

Best hotel hands down! Very clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, and the breakfast is the best Ive had at any hotel. Pancakes, omelettes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy. I would definitely stay here again. I also had a keurig in my room!

I liked everything about this hotel.

Heater in room did not operate properly. Faucet in tub not attached firmly to wall. Light in entry to room did not work. Had to ask for additional toilet tissue as there was only one roll in the room with a very small amount remaining on the roll.

It was located close to where we needed to be! The staff was great and everyone very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and the person in charge was ver accommodating!

The bathroom was way too small. The door hit the toilet when you closed it. Hard to get in and out of the bathroom.

Staff and hotel manager were superb. My second stay there and they are all super helpful and friendly

The first room had a thin shade/ blind did not sleep well with the light and sun coming into the room room was changed. Bathroom was dirty hair was everywhere shower was slippery/slick in shower just filthy toilet was visibly dirty.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly!! Breakfast staff was amazing.

The hotel looks as if it had been remodel and the aurora had a classy feel from the outside and the lobby area

My floor in the bathroom was dirty and scum in the shower. The bathroom floor and the carpet in the room held moisture so the floors had a wet feel to it.

Clean and quiet. That is all I needed. The woman at the front desk was great. I requested a 5am and 5:30am wake up call. She called with a friendly wake up voice. When I was leaving she remembered I was going to take an exam and she wished me luck.

Rooms dirty , lamps didnt work, key never worked, tub floor was very weak, not a good hotel at all. Besides I prepared room still havent seen the 24.00 refund yet. I paid ---- it was only -----. Wheres the refund?

Getting old and dirty. Hair in bathroom, shower rod falling out of wall, etc. Bed and furnishings are acceptable; would stay again solely based on price
