The bathroom was disgusting. Not clean. Hole in the wall. Window was broken and covered with glass

It was available

It smelled old, the tub was dirty with a burn mark on tub. And there was a bait, worm crawling towards the bathroom.

Unclean, ring in toilet, bathtub obviously not clean from last guest (hair on tub edge and all over the floor) dead-lock on door broken and missing.

Location was good

Everything! It was dirty, stained and broken furniture, torn curtains, moldy smell. Checked out immediately

The hotel is conveniently located by the University.

This hotel is atrocious! The draperies are torn, the bedding was full of holes, the as were the walls, it was hot, and I could go on. People were sitting out in chairs along the walls. We were literally afraid to stay.

Nothing. I showed up and they didn¿t have my room and refused me a refund. The place is disgusting as well

The lady was rude and unprofessional

Mold all over tub caulking and windows, tub did not drain and the plastic lining of the tub had a hole in it, water got under it and made you feel like you were standing on a water bed. General uncleanliness. Would not stay again.

Coke machine and snack machine right next-door

I asked for a non-smoking room and the room was smoking. They were burn marks all over everything. Holes in the sheets. The AC unit was not turned on before our arrival and it was almost 90° in the room. Very dirty room.

Price and location.

The shower was HORRIBLE. I had to get on my knees and put my head under the faucet to get enough water to rinse out shampoo. Only 1 garbage can by front door.

The location and the staff

We were there for 4 days only 1 of those days was our rooms cleaned there was a Small pool of water right outside our door that was never moped furniture was smelly and old ( couch) ,,,but for $---- for 4 days, you cant have the Hyatt

The pool gave it a plus . The motel is close to alot of eating areas and not far from a local bar . the beds were nice and comfy.

Killed one or two small roaches . I've been here multiple times and this visit is the first that i seen any . the top light in ny room didnt work . but nothing major.

This had one of the MOST COMFORTABLE beds and pillows I have ever slept on...including my own at home. Fridge, microwave, tv in room. The room was cleaned daily, and personal items were NOT messed with or searched through....excellent on the staffs par

Free breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, and muffins, but the coffee was really good flavored and strong. Nothing to complain about at all really.

Staff at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not what one would expect. Very minimal. If we had actually wanted something other than cereal, we would have needed to actually go somewhere for breakfast.

drug dealers on the outside, roach infested on the inside. I only walked into my hotel room before I had to leave and demand a refund.

Eh

They gave us a really hard time due to some exotic animals in our possession, even after we secured other lodging for said animals. Also there were hairs all over the "clean" towels/washcloths.
