Near the highway

I ended up cutting my toe in the shower. I told the front desk and got some bandages. They claimed they wrote it down. I have a pic of the damaged tile. I haven’t received any response back.

Friendly, professional staff!

Our room (119) was damp with a faint funky smell. The room had been upgraded, but not the vacuum unit. It could not handle the moisture. We would not stay there again.

Yes, dirty, smelly, we were put in a room with unfinished repair work. Roach in the bathroom. Overall unsanitary.

Friendly staff, close to highway, stores, restaurants.

Running toilet was very noisy. Other guests on my floor slamming doors.

Beds- the rest of the Hotel smelled like a musty old sneaker

Haven?t received my incidental deposit back, it?s been over a week. For $--- we could?ve stayed at the Doubletree.

Location was perfect. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Very spa like Very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good.

The lady who checked me in and serve for breakfast, was very hospitable and pleasant.

The toilet lid kept slipping each time I sat on it. The price I paid was exceptionally high for the quality of the room. The entrance to the hotel from the main road was somewhat inconvenient.

The staff was great, and the location is very close to the college.

The bathroom had pink mold on the tile. Overall the room appeared to be clean, but it had a strange smell when you walked in.

Old and run down. Examples: shower head broke off and key card demagnetized 3 times, and no blankets for fold out couch

Switched to this hotel because the other one was filthy dirty so we came in at last minute and were treated with total professionalism it was a clean room and extremely quiet.

Good location off the 301 by-pass. Very comfortable room/ good, hot breakfast, helpful statt.

Went by the hotel 2 times before we saw it behind a store in the front.

Hotel was not clean... dust all over everything, floor was not vacuumed, mold growing in bathtub and surface mold on furniture. Poor ventilation.

It was quiet and mostly clean

Their were some clothing items that had been left in the room behind the dresser.

Location and staff were excellent

Bathtub was visible stained. It may have been cleaned but due to the stains, we could not determine if it was thoroughly clean.

Great location to University and room was somewhat clean

Hair on floor in bathroom...sticky residue on bathroom sink..room didnt get that cool on a VERY hot night

The smell was horrible the toilet seated were stained and the had roaches everywhere.

The couch in the room was disgusting, the gym had 3 pieces of equipment and all were broken, the breakfast was a joke and tasted just as bad as you could imagine.

The room had modern furnishings and a comfortable bed and linens. Nice hot shower, fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.

There were peanut shells on the carpet and mold on the inside of the fridge cabinet. The room smelled moldy, and by the time we checked out I was getting a sore throat.

I was very happy with the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The front desk staff were nice and helpful when needed. The location was close to Georgia Southern University and that is just what we wanted.

The carpet all over needs replacing because it smelled like wet dog. The air conditioner didn't get very cold. It was okay but not great. The bed skirt was seriously in need of washing very gross with all kinds of matter on it.
