Location was perfect

Pet friendly hotel. Was put in a room that smelled like dog.

Breakfast was good and staff was amazing, room was clean and I like how the bed was in front of the ac .

Nice staff.

The king room I was given needs a makeover. A drain in the center of the bathroom floor indicated it was meant for someone in a wheelchair. I am not handicapped!

The front desk clerk. Very courteous and hospitable.

Old hotel with stained carpets. Musky smell in hallways.

The staff was great the availability of breakfast that was great the closeness of shopping centers and other restaurants the hotel is in a nice safe area

The furniture was nasty n the rooms the headboard the carpet had an stain nite stands n breakfast area seating..dog smell of the room n elevator dog pee the door to the rooms did have secured latches but unevenness of the door from the frame I felt unsafe

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and professional.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, great breakfast, quiet.

Location is in a good area. Several restaurants in a walking distance (several more with in 5-10 min drive). Botanical garden few minutes away. Included hot breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. Room was older looking but clean.

Bed and shelter was nice.

Pool was closed. The person in the next room woke me with their alarm the next morning. Very bare bones.

Checking in I was charged additional fee of $25.00(disappointment). My room had a damp towel(which was housed with clean towels)dirty coffee maker,dirty overflow drain,no clean linen for the couch bed and the door strip was dragging(that was a hazard).

This hotel was great, it was clean and in a convenient location. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I stayed at another Hotel in this city the night prior to Staying here & I was afraid, paranoid, Outraged, & sick to my stomach! I left that nasty Hotel & came to the Hampton and slept like a Baby. This place is so clean & professional

I had to call the hotel a few times and each time I was put on a long hold. When I checked in they did the same thing to any callers....asked them to hold and left them on hold, even though there was another person right there that could take the call

The beds were too hard and hurt my back every night. Some of the staff were pleasant and others were very rude. Was accused of smoking in the room and that NEVER happened. They charged me a big fee for something I didn't do. Will never stay there again.

They said the staff that cleaned the room does not smoke and could smell smoke I the room. Yet, I took 2 pictures of the cleaning girl outside smoking. Maybe she smelled her own smoke and accused us so she wouldn't get in trouble. But, we paid the price.

Pool closed the first day we stayed and room never cooled down enough. Was hot all night

The air conditioner was loud.

Needs more efficient air conditioning in room 207. The unit does not pull the humidity out of the air and the a/c would not continually run long enough to cool the air. South GA is hot and there needs to be excellent a/c and not cheap units.

This hotel had very good reviews on several travel websites. I'm extremely happy I stayed there. It was clean, convenient to I16 and close to some good restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk was very personable and helpful. The breakfast was good!

Clean room.

Air conditioner was making a loud humming noise every time it kicked on. Could hear the person in the next room snoring.
