Bathroom light dim, overbed light bright, socket blew out tv. run water for 20 minutes to get hot, one nightstand.

Cleanliness and location

The smell of cannabis through the floor. People sitting near the pool smoking what smelled like cannabis and the smell Coming in the room through air conditioning vent, actually had to call front desk during the second night, it was just too much.

The Hotel was very nice and well kept. The room we had was modern and clean. The breakfast was good.

Only negative for our king bed room was that there was nowhere to put a bag or suitcase other than the bed or couch. And only one side of the bed had a night stand. But that is just a minor negative.

Great location. New employee working front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Problem with AC conditioner making a loud grinding noise that last maybe 20 seconds but happened every 15 minutes ALL NIGHT LONG.

The room was wonderful. Nice and clean. Super comfortable bed.

No hot tub

Lighting in bathroom is awfully low making it very difficult to shave. Damaged Window curtain so it didn't cover the window. A/C unit compressor wake me up every hour as it sounded like the Space Shuttle taking off and I couldn't even turn off the unit!

I was given a key to a room that was occupied. When I arrived at my room, I opened the door and there was a man sitting on the bed. I returned to the desk only to have the attendant argue with me and tell me there was no one in that room.

The hotel was not clean, they did not have the room available! The room we were put in had a leaking ceiling! Then we were put in a room with a rotting smell, then we were put in a room that someone else was in already. Lastly we were put in a room w/ 1

The lady that worked the front of the hotel double charged me and wasn¿t very customer service friendly

The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and the staff was pleasant.

Staff was excellent. The hotel was very clean and I really enjoyed the breakfast.

Room had strong bleach smell that never went away. Dirty bath mat left in the sink. Sink was not cleaned either. No soap in the room. When brought issues up, no one seemed to concerned about it. Wife got bleach on her pants from toilet. Pants are ruined

Room layout

Staff was not rude, but not friendly either. Breakfast attendants were very unhappy to be doing their jobs.

The room was very big and clean. I like the separate sitting area. The hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but I wish they would have had a way to make waffles.

I loved the location

I hated how old and ran down this hotel was. It was not up to Marriot standards. My room smelled old and moldy. There were stains all over the walls. The sofa was worn down. The mattress was thin. Not like any other springhill that I have stayed at.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. No complaints. Ideal for a short visit.

We used the pullout couch for my son and daughter to sleep and it was not very comfortable at all, and not big enough for two people. It was more like a pul out love seat. I wouldn't count on using that again as a sleeping option.

The room was clean and I loved the layout. It was a room with a king bed. Breakfast was good and hot.

This is minor, but my room was all the way at the end of the hall and the elevator and ice machine wasn't quite centered in the middle of the building. So it was quite a walk.

We had a comfortable bed to sleep in.

We were given a handicapped room. The alarm clock was for a NANO. We never received a bill under our door before check-out. The noise level from the road in front of the hotel was very noisy. No double pane windows.
