Spacious and clean rooms

We were not informed that our key cards would not grant entry after midnight

Breakfast every thing was on hamburger buns.? no biscuits or cracent

Clean common areas. Good breakfast

The pillowcases were stained. They used a mattress cover as a top sheet.

Very comfortable lobby, tasty coffee 24/7, very pleasant staff, nice indoor pool and gym

After several trips to Savannah, this is my all-time favorite. The room was spacious and VERY clean. It had everything I wanted in a hotel. Plenty of parking. April at the front desk was so friendly and efficient. Felt like my second home.

My only complaint and it's not a biggie- the hotel needs more luggage carts for the size of this hotel.

A little pricey.

I was not happy with the bathroom. The picture in the add showe a walkin shower with a bench. However, the room had a tub which was difficult and dangerous for me to get in and out of. Had I been able to get my money back I would not have stayed.

I literally can¿t come up with one thing to place under the category of enjoyed experience.

Everything. The room itself smelled, as did the bedding, pillows and couch. Food crumbs were located under several end tables, and the dresser. The shower looked as though it had never been cleaned.

The staff was very accommodating to my family. My son is special needs and they went above and beyond for him.

The bathroom did have hair on the toilet and in shower. And the body wash was empty. But other than that, the room was perfect!

The location. It was close to everything. Spacious rooms with an almost complete kitchen. Great indoor pool and cool outdoor patios my children and I grilled on.

The staff with the exception of one front desk clerk was rude. I don¿t enjoy hearing hotel staff complaining about how bored they are and how ready to go they are when I¿m waiting on my room which wasn¿t ready til almost 4. Check-in was at 3!

Everything was nice about the property, good breakfast and pool.

I was charged an $80 pet fee because my child got new pet hermit crab from a gift shop nearby and when house keeping came into my room before we left and saw the small aquarium for the hermit crab they decided to call the front desk and tell them I brought a pet.

The room was nice. Blackout drapes were great. Bathroom clean

Breakfast was a disappointment, the eggs were rubbery and no taste. Coffee was good.

Front desk employee was awesome. Room was clean and spacious.
