Hotel was excellent, rooms were big, bathroom met expectations, staff were friendly and the kids loved the pool. Close walking distance to town and attractions.
Bar tender during Happy Hour needs to be less of a smart alec, be kind, use your manners and don't patronise, probably would have stuck around for more drinks.

The location was nice.
Our check in time was 4. I arrived to check in at 6 pm and our room was not ready. I had to wait in my car for roughly 30 min until our room was ready. This was difficult as there are limited places to park for free near the hotel. Also - I did not like that the hotel said they have parking when there are maybe ten free parking spots( which were all taken) so we had to pay an unexpected fee of valet.

It was close to everything. The hotel was beautiful. Rooms are small. It was a pleasant stay
I didn't like that we told them to clean our room and they didn't. They took forever to answer calls to request towels and toilet paper They also charged me valet for my entire stay. We didn't have a car. We took uber when needed since we were close to everything. Booking did help out with refunding my money but please get your receipt when checking out. I thought it was going to be emailed and it was not.

Great location, close to nice restaurants. Staff was friendly.
$75 charge for parking vehicle as obligatory valet . Pretty steep for one night stay to pay that parking tag.

Great location
Had an odd smell, musty — pool not that clean—phone in room didn’t work — no room service

The property was in walking distances from river street and market city. Everything about this hotel was nice. The staff were friendly. We would go back and stay here from now on
You had to pay for breakfast, which wasn’t a bad price. Just kinda expected more food options.

The staff was amazing. Vickie may be one of the sweetest people I've ever met, and that's on the overnight shift. I forget her name, but I had some religious restrictions on Saturday and the hotel staff was so helpful. The location was fantastic.
The shower needed more water pressure. My key card gave me a lot of trouble on my room door.
