The staff and the hospitality.

I was misinformed that the pool was under construction . When booked I called to verify they had a pool and I was told yes she did not tell me it was not open.Bringing a teenager in the heat that we had it could have been better to let it be known.

Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room. Location.

The noise coming from the room above us was extremely loud all night. We left the hotel at midnight

They charge $75 for a pet fee which I feel is too high. I'm not opposed to a pet fee, but $75?

Decor

Perfume smell in room was so strong, i coughed all night. Also, no protein for breakfast.

Easy to find. Room was priced well relative to the space.

Thin walls. You can hear he neighbors TV and everything else.

The checkin staff was extremely helpful after a long day on the road

Room was a bit small compared to other Comfort Inns but that was ok. The pulluo shade was broken, but that was the only thing inoperative

Room was nasty, especially behind the beds. Box springs was broke on one of beds, refrigerator didn't work. They replaced it. No maid service for 3 days even after I requested it. Worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in.

I booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle , even called the hotel to verify shuttle availability , upon arrival hotel staff said no shuttle was available and would not reimburse taxi expenses and was dismissive of my unconvince

Nothing. I will never go back.

It is an old hotel with broken toilet sit, no stopper in the sick. Sheer curtains that let the light in and woke us up. Old furniture with breaks and scra.We were not given the information about having the room cleaned or that breakfast was over at 9 am.

The service was awful. I waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come let me check in. The phone kept ringing, no one was there to answer. The man was very rude.

Location..shopping..movies..restaurant..shopping outlets..airport..tybee island..downtown Savanah..all either short walk..or quick drive..has an outdoor pool

Clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Very quiet area.

The location and airport shuttle

Access to shopping in walking distance .

Staff was friendly & helpful, bed was comfortable, and room was spacious.

Room was next to custodial staff storage closet so you would hear a lot of banging and loud noises in the morning. Hair dryer in the room didn't work. Not within walking distance of restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was blah.

The air conditioner was way too loud, more than 40 decibels, interfering with sleep. The soap dish was broken in the shower and a smelly toothpaste cap was in the drain of the sink. Breakfast was of unsatisfactory quality.

Could not reach the hotel days before arriving to schedule free shuttle. Finally scheduled and whirl waiting at airport for a text that thanked me for taking the shuttle. Called hotel and they said they did their part. Left us on our own.
