- The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice and the location is decent

Cons -
- When I asked the front desk person for a rollaway bed to accommodate three boys in a 2 queen bed room I was told it was a fire hazard. When I asked a different person it was brought to the room. I feel like the first person couldn't be bothered.
- Overnight parking fees when a space is not guaranteed
- Staff does not properly monitor handicapped parking and did not take adequate measures when a problem was identified for them. In addition, a person who is homeless wandered in off the street and helped himself to breakfast before being asked to leave.

Nice room and nice building

The hotel is laid out nicely....free breakfast area is huge, and rooms/bathrooms are also very large.
The smoking area is very close to the opening of the hotel, and we consistently found many groups sitting at tables by the pool and hotel entrance smoking. The area is also nice to eat outside in the morning for breakfast...unless...there are smokers.
