The AC was broken because it made such a loud noise my wife could not sleep. Requested a refund. No reply.

Staff and location were the best. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on things to do in the area and how to use the shuttle. We would visit this motel again.

The hotel was really dirty. The room had stained carpet. The walls in the hall looked like someone spilled coffee all down it. The shower was really dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located to the expressway with several other hotels. Unfortunately this becomes a negative when they put you in a room on the expressway side of the building. I am a light sleeper and was fairly miserable due to traffic noise.

Lobby & hallway needs updating. Took a while for staff to come to front desk. Appears had to multi task and reason for delay. However, front desk was very courteous. Shortage of amenities. Only given 1 bar soap - Was given last bottle of water.

The staff was responsive, quick, and polite. The provided breakfast had a nice variety of options. The room was clean, and overall I'd stay here again.

The provided coffee at breakfast was not pleasant at all, and there were no coffee cups in our room with the coffee maker. Basically, everything except the coffee situation was wonderful! :-)

Convenient location close to the airport, newer hotel. Extremely friendly staff.

Many of the staff weren't wearing their facial masks at all times. I'm at high risk for Covid-19 so even staying at a hotel is a bit disconcerting for me during these times. Also, I was given an extremely noisy room near the housekeeping office.

Yes the rooms were old and smelled like wet carpet. We changed rooms 4 times before finding a room that was adequate.

Not really, just not the suite that we were expecting but that was our bad, hotel was great, given the choice..would stay here again.

Lovely breakfast buffet with continual replenishment of offerings so that hot foods remained hot. Buffet staff kept the tables clean, as well. Front desk staff very helpful and kind. This was a well-managed property.

Oyher guests. Noisy. The smell ofMarijuana smoke in our room, coming from the room next to us. Expensive for this kind if room. This room would be a value at under --$ a night, taxes included, but feels like a ripoff at $--- a night.

Booked us in the wrong type room. Really made us feel like we inconvenienced them when we needed to switch rooms
