Great location with easy access to River Street, Restaurants, Bars and activities

Could use better signage had a hard time finding it on the fist pass had to circle around the block

Location is great. Rooms and lobby are very chic.

WiFi was not free, we were charged an additional fee for it, a mandatory fee even though we didn't use the WiFi. We'd requested a room with a view, we had a view of the next building's roof. Front desk attendant did the minimum, not super friendly.

Location is great. Hotel is clean and the beds were great. Rooms are smaller than we expected and not having a chair was frustrating.

Thin walls. Room next door had crying baby and barking dog. Room was almost two small for two queen beds.

All about this hotel is excellent. As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted by the front desk staff. So friendly and accommodating. Nothing like the offer of a cold glass of water after walking Savannah on a 95d day.Breakfast is top shelf. Roof Top Bar - such a relaxing way to end the day.. with a cool drink while watching the sun set.

If there is one thing ..it would be the size of the room. While it is functional, perhaps somewhat larger would be a bit more comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location! Everything was walkable from the hotel. The hotel also provides two bikes for its guests which is great. We rode around the whole historical district on bikes, and it was very enjoyable! The rooms were always clean and the beds were soooo comfortable! We slept like babies in those beds. they were also serving bottomless, sparkling wine in the lobby, which was great! We also got a $10 per day coupon to use in any restaurant bar or coffee shop in the hotel which we thought was very nice.

No atmosphere in bar restaurant or coffee shop. Room very minimal, nothing special at all.

Great location and the rooms were very nice and very clean. The first room had a TV that wouldn't change from the weather channel so the staff moved my cousin and I to a new room. All was great after the move. We walked every where we wanted to go once we got to the hotel so that was a plus as well.

They could have told me that there were several parking garages that would have cut my 1 day valet parking expense from $48 to $24. I also found it odd that you had to go to the front desk to get ice. I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have ice on every floor for it's guests.

Location, comfort of beds and coverings. Breakfast & a very cozy feel.

The only issue that I had was that the front desk staff, while very lovely weren’t that knowledgeable about places to go and dining. Very polite and helpful and extremely nice! That wasn’t a big deal at all. Also should have a table between the beds.
