Very pleasant staff

Glasses in room were dirty, not dusted, water did not drain in bathtub. I have pictures showing how disgusting the glasses were. They were clearly wiped with a towel that was used for other things.

I did not like that as guess at the hotel we had to pay 30 dollars a day for parking we should not have to pay if we were staying at the hotel

It was a gorgeous hotel with amazing views, the beds were very comfortable and it was extremely clean.

Room service could have been better. They didn't do a good job with cleaning and making sure the shower supplies were restocked. I had called the service desk and requested them to drop off some silverware to the room however no one showed up with it.

Beautiful and modern. The room with the view of the river was just what I needed.

No shop to buy personal items and nothing nearby. We forgot a hairbrush and feminine products and there was nowhere to get these items without taking the ferry across the river. A hotel of this size, quality, and location should have a shop.

Convenient to events

We loved the pool, activities, and ferry. We also enjoyed the s?mores by the pool and BINGO in the lobby. Aqua Star was a great late night option for food. Starbucks was convenient in the morning.

There is no where to get drinks or snacks after Starbucks closes for the day. The front desk has very limited options of candy bars but no drinks so be sure to take extra snacks for your room.

Beds, cleanliness, quick response to loud room across the hall.

No market to buy drinks or snacks after say 4pm. Really nice experience except for lack of options to even buy a Coke Zero in the evening.

There keep a hold on your credit card for weeks and give you the run around I had to call like 10 people and still theres a hold and all charges are paid!!!!

It was a beautiful location and the staff was wonderful. The hotbub was out of commission the second day but unavoidable. The bed was heavenly and the upgraded view amazing. The bar staff was fun and accommodating. Will stay again

There was a teenage volleyball convention and they threw their s'mores trash everywhere. Not the hotel's fault but something to think about the next time they book a group like that.

My mom and I stayed a couple nights for her birthday. We were immediately greeted upon arrival and treated like royalty. One of the valet employees went above and beyond to make our trip extra special, including a surprise birthday gift!

Amenities were appropriate for star level. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Restaurant food and cocktails were delicious. Pool/hot tub/activities all as expected.

Its location makes it slightly inconvenient, but the river ferry is easy to use, and the lower cost made up for the time spent commuting across the river. Also, there is a lot of construction going near the hotel which started at 7am.

Very Clean, uncluttered, outstanding staff. The staff at front desk was particularly helpful, friendly, and courteous.
