Breakfast was well rounded and flavorful. Room was clean and spacious.

The staff was extremely sweet, and helpful. They accommodated me and my family endlessly. Great location as we were held over between travels due to Hurricane Ian.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was convenient for us to travel both to Savannah and to Tybee Island. However, the best part of our stay was the hospitality, and caring nature of the staff working there!! They treated us like family!!

There were no negatives about this hotel. There were many things to do at the hotel (pool, golf, basketball, relaxation), the food was very good, and the hospitality was exceptional!

I liked the cleanliness and space in the rooms.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The location was just minutes away from downtown. My family really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly.

The only thing that could have been a better was the communication with the staff.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and updated style. The grounds are well landscaped and provide comfortable seating for relaxation. I plan to stay at other Homewood Suites whenever traveling.

Very clean, spacious, newer and updated. Room was cleaned daily and all supplies refilled. Loved the separate bedroom and living room and kitchen. Love that they take pets.

No poop bags outside for dogs just for convenience.

Did not like to have to go to the lobby to get a plunger to fix their clogged toilet. Did not like the loose toilet seat. Did not like the pungent smell of cleaning products in the dirty room, which seem to have been coming up the pet stains on carpets.Did not like the broken sink and the TV which was ready to fall off the wall.Did not like that the sheets on the pullout bed were unfolded and stuffed in a bag, which I'm damn sure were used and never cleaned.Certainly did not like the $200 I had to pay per night for the poor room! Hilton should be ashamed of the management at this location.
