I was sold on a SUITE ROOM BY THE AGENT & the room did not exist

Our room did not have a desk or desk chair. Our TV remote had a dead battery. The lighting was awful. There were 6 floors and only one elevator was working. There was not enough seating in the breakfast room for those having breakfast.

They were very understanding when we checked out a day early due to issues beyond our control and refunded our day we didn?t use.

The extremely loud sound when you flushed the toilets, the dog barking in the hallway and child running in the hallway and being loud.

NOTHING WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

EVERYTHING -FROM FRONT LOBBY, TO BREAKFAST, TO ROOM, FITNESSROOM? HOTEL LOOOKED TIRED, DRAB ETC. GREATPLACE FOR DOGS NOT PEOPLE

The room smelled like dirty carpet. The shower had hair in it. Everything was dusty, especially the coffee maker. Totally grossed out!

Convenience

Tried to charge me the whole price on my incidental card even after showing I had a prepaid booking receipt. Happened before same hotel with a different booking company.. never got my refund.. will not stay again..

the hot tub and pool inside. breakfast was great.

the 75 fee for my dog. that is almost a 100 dollars fee for traveling with our pet. for a lot of people that is another member of the family however you dont feed he didn't shower or use a towel. and did not even sleep on a bed. yet I had to pay 75???

I like the room. I appreciated the breakfast ¿¿ that was included in my stay. The hot tub was nice. There was plenty of Parking. The interior and the exterior of the hotel was clean. Lastly, The price was reasonable.

Rudeness after arriving. Management Hung up the phone in my face. Saturday's Front Desk. Answered my question with several questions. Sunday's breakfast staff. Housekeeping. Made 2 trips to Front desk. Key didn't work. ¿¿¿¿

Checking out

Rooms werent clean. I have traveled 12 hours before checking in. I was too tired to tell the front desk. It wasnt clean

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms.

After we were sleeping we received a call. The person identified herself as the manager. She said the computers went down and she needed our card number again for the incidentals. ¿¿ SCAMMER!

Five words. Indoor. Pool. And. Hot. Tub.

The facilities was great. The only iffy thing I would say is the toilet paper was a half used roll. So had I had an issue with germs, I would say that was a no go.

Had to ask each day for towels . I understand the shortage of staff but a note regarding what to expect in terms of cleaning and removal of trash might have made my stay somewhat better.

We had a miscommunication on what time breakfast ended. When we came downstairs everything was getting ready to close up so since the breakfast bar was still open we ,help ourselves to some food but the kitchen staff came out and scolded us for doing so.

The only good thing was lots of tv channels and a tv guide.

where do I start? Girl who checked me in told me she's charging my card in case I damage the room, after my room is checked then I'll get my money back. There was NO hand sanitizer, NO dark roast coffee, hotel was dingy, the WORST Hampton ever

It's easily accessible off Rt 95 and has many choice restaurants nearby

Even though they indicate by a door sticker the cleanliness of the room, I was able to write on the mirror "not clean". The tub has not seen bleach in a very long time. I called down to the front desk but was put on hold for over 15 minutes and gave up!

Staff was nice, breakfast was adequate.

This hotel smelled musty and the bathroom was so dirty. The shower had a film of dirt all over, it was disgusting.

Consistency between the Hampton Inn brand. You always know what you were going to get. I wish you had cookies past 6:30 PM.

You ran out of cookies too early. We just drove six hours to get there and only thing left was an empty container with cookie crumbs. We ask where they going to make more cookies and they said they didnt know and smiled politely. I told them ..........

Very friendly staff in the breakfast area and during the day at the reception desk!

Not as clean as we had hoped, trash on the bathroom floor, no trash bags in trash cans and the room smelled unpleasant.
