Extended Stay America Suites - Savannah - Midtown

The door to the room was loose, bathroom door didn’t lock, curtains were dirty and falling off the wall, carpets were filthy. I would never stay at this hotel again

The front staff was kind. There was a bed.

There was some ventilation happening within the HVAC system. I'm wondering if it's due to mold or if it's from something less savory, like a dead body. Neither would've surprised me and I didn't ask. A bunch of little things were broken in the room.

That there was a kitchen in the room where I could cook and the staff was friendly and helpful

I didn't like the hotel because it looks like it could use some upkeep. The hotel needs renovations from the inside out.

Room hadn?t been updated in decades. Neighbors were making noise and had TV on high volume until 3 am. The photos on website are complete fantasy

Dirty room, missing lightbulbs, worn out furniture.

The rates are good if you're booking for 7 days plus. Also, the ability to cook and do laundry onsite

This was my first stay here; I've looked at the hotel many times, but could never get past the reviews. Nevertheless, I gave it a try. BUGS! In the first room they put us in, there were LOTS of BUGS! They offered to "upgrade" me for a fee. ¿¿

Nasty. I think that the Hotel is being used as weekly or monthy rentals. Very dirty. Floors had trash when we checked in and was still there 2 days later.Pots & pans were lying stacked The windows are filthy, Bathroom sink leaks constantly, a dresser

The room was smoky my baby was stuffed and had to be taken to the E.R. A really bad experience

Room was not very clean. Smelled like urine. Floors sticky. Mirrors, windows, kitchen walls/fridge/doors dirty. Didn¿t feel very safe. There were people running around the hotel in hospital gowns, hanging out in the parking lot and arguing day and night.

If was 6 minutes from the university where my conference was.

Was in bad area of town. Did not feel safe. Homeless people out front at both entrances. Smelled of weed throughout hotel. Room was dirty. Equipped with no kitchen ítems. Not even coffee or a mere cup for water. We were double charged on checkout. Awful.

The hotel can really use a deep cleaning and possibly renovations. Carpet, rooms, walls, parking lot, everything.Especially since we are still in a pandemic. There were thick coats of dust on everything,hair left in the sink and tub, carpet not vacuumed

Staff was very nice and room was a good size for the price.

Had to ask for a different room when I first arrived because the kitchen area has a counter top that needed repair. there was no hot water in the bath room and breakfast was cancelled due to covid and I expected a McDonald's coupon or something.

I liked the location of the hotel. It’s a nice spot in downtown Savannah

I've always loved it and never had any issues....but unfortunately that wasn't the case on this stay. We decided to extend our stay one more night and let the housekeeper know 2 hours prior to checkout and we were told we could not

My room had no toilet paper, cabinet door was falling off in kitchen area, you have to pay $10 a day for cleaning and almost $5 a day for internet. It was extremely loud (noise from people stomping, loudly talking, dog barking all hours of the night)
