Working water

Continental breakfast was disappointing. Several other guests have the same thing. Was locked out of my room at eight a m. Almost took an hour to get someone to the front desk to get us back in our room. Both Key cards stopped working.

The guy that checked us in was very nice. He was the only person on duty, so we had to wait for him to come back to the counter to check in. The waffles were good.

It was gross. The showers, walls, doors and some furniture looked about 50 years old, the paint was chipping off of every painted surface, the water smelled terrible and I wouldn't dare drink it, the shower door and the windows may never have been cleaned

Clean

Breakfast bar at 8:30 was ransacked. Few toasts with grape jelly nothing else no attempt to fill replace. Heating is noisy even in off pos All handicapped parking blocked due to remodeling. Also diamond guest spots unavailable for a handicapped gues

The hotel was in a good location. Free wifi.

The hotel & room smelled bad. The hallway had stains on the carpets, holes in the wall, & was overall dirty. The bed was pretty clean, but the room was dingey & the shower had mold in it. Smoke detector was removed & in a drawer. Generally uncomfortable.

The front desk assistant was great! Helpful, friendly, understanding and accommodating.

Everything was horrible. Filthy. Disgusting. They should shut down until renovations are complete. Odors. Stains. Just horrible.

Not getting killed

Start woth parking lot- homeless and drunken people pissing on the fence. Libby filthy and smells of gasoline, elevator filthy and garbage on the floor, hallway carpet ripped, filthy and stinks. Hallway loaded woth trash. Room was even worse. I left after

I was not attacked by the homeless drug adficts lining the hallways and parkinglot.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. I left after 1 night. The smell of gasoline and carpet perfume was too much to bear. The place was filthy and should be condemned.

The staff was very nice and super helpful. You pay for what you get, so for a cheap hotel it was not too bad.

The hotel is dated. While the room was clean, the carpet leading to the room was terribly stained, dated, and old. It honestly made me nervous about the room. However despite being dated, it was clean. The shower leaked but that was the worst part of the

The room was dirty with an odor. I could not rest because I was so disgusted.

Leaving

Hotel was dirty, carpet torn and dirty, worn. Room was horrible I didn¿t even take a shower there. Toilet was so low I couldn¿t get back up. I wouldn¿t leave a dog there!

Closeness to the Highway for an easy and quick on and off

Run down. Missing lights in bathroom. Poor cleanliness and trash from previous occupants in the room. Including stale beer glasses and the residual smell of marijuana! I didn¿t even feel comfortable enough to get under the bed covers.

We actually stayed from Dec 1 2022 to Dec 14th. Housekeeper and the gentleman from Costa Rica. Were very nice and made us feel welcomed. The price was affordable

They hallway/stairway/room carpet need to be cleaned or new. Hsk need assistance. Full cleaning is required and it's only 1 person. Our inside latch came off and it was not repaired...only needed to be screwed back on.

Extremely dirty, not a Hot Breakfast as advertised, Trash all around property. Would not recommend to anyone !!!

Location

Room smelt dingy and always felt hot no matter what the air conditioner was on.Shower handle was almost falling off and shower leaked. On two occasions we were ignored by the staff at first sitting at the desk while checking in and asking a question.

The staff was good.

There was no breakfast. The shower was dripping all night. The carpet was dirty.

It was close to places to eat, and easy to get to.

When we got there we were told there was no hot water, and were not offered a refund or anything, but we stayed since it was getting late for us. In the morning there was no staff at the desk and the coffee was empty. The halls needed the carpet cleaned.

The price was decent.

Front desk staff (young lady) could care less if I'm there or not. No greeting or similar pleasantries.
