Was not told I had to pay $25 per night for parking until check-in parking should be included in the price of hotel.

No phone in the room and I stepped on a sliver of glass in the carpet

The staff. Everything else was so deficient that we ended up not staying there at all, even with a non-refundable reservation.

Everything but the staff. Unkempt and outdated in its most severe form. We were so uncomfortable with the room?s tired decor and a rug that hid a ton of wear and tear that we ended up booking another hotel room elsewhere and forfeited the $--- room cost

The staff were exceptional! My daughter needed a feminine article, however, there were none at the front desk so, front desk clerk, reached in her own purse and helped out! Other staff were very friendly and helpful as well.

Had to walk around some smokers that were in the path to the stairs as well as had to jump a big puddle on the second floor to get to the stairs

Front desk was cheerful and such a pleasant person.

Dust on the headboards, one headboard was so crooked, it looked like an earthquake happened. Dust on the top shelf over the frig.

Not much. Could hear large trucks and other vehicles going by all hours of the night. Didn?t sleep well.

Having to pay for parking. What a ripoff. $25 for 1 nite.

The clerk was very apologetic but had no authority to make the situation right

The interior was small and dated. When I opened the door, one of the beds was unmade and the other looked like someone had sat on it. There was trash in the bathroom trash can.

The mold smelly was awful.

The sheets didn't smell clean a towel was dirty and it was hair on the sheet.

Hotel is a dump. It probably needs to be leveled and rebuilt. Not sure where to start. Room wasn't clean. Mattress, pillows, carpet are worn out. Furniture is worn. The rooms were somewhat damp. Noise level at night is intolerable. Completely overpriced.

Location in Historic District

Drain in sink did not work. Repair was completed while we were away from room.

Walkable to good areas, but felt unsafe.

Yes, we had 2 rooms. One room had roaches, the other had a terrible odor. I realize it¿s an old building, but it needs updating badly! No way they should charge the ¿normal¿ rate of almost $----a night. I¿m not even sure it was worth 1/2 that with taxes!

On plus was on the edge of historic and within walking distance of most sites

No WiFi in room. Breakfast inedible¿Aging building with exterior entry to rooms. Ours was upstairs so had to lug luggage up.

The location was the best thing about this hotel.

The hotel bathroom had died bugs in it, the water won¿t go down in the sink. This was reported to the staff, they stated that the maintenance man will fix it. Maybe they fixed it the next day. Overall, I¿ll NEVER stay there again. BEWARE!!!

There was nothing and currently have charged me nore than they should have.
