The location

No fridge or microwave. Curtains were dirty, window panes were very dirty. Dusty

The hotel staff was extremely nice. The beds were comfortable.

It was not as upscale and nice as people had told me. It seemed a little rundown.

Dirty, run down, noisy.

Hotel is in an ideal location to the historic downtown location. No need to rent a car to get around Savannah! I had a river view balcony king room and I really enjoyed the views. Front desk staff were very pleasant.

A fridge and microwave in the room would have made it much more convenient.

When we booked (for 4 people for 2 nights) it listed free breakfast. This was not the case. The hotel gave us vouchers (4)but the restaurant only honored 2 of them & they didn¿t cover the cost of 2 kids eating ¿¿¿¿¿ Was disappointed by that.

Location is perfect and room had high ceilings and nice wood floors. Some rooms have a small balcony looking over river street and the river.

Balcony was very small, but this appears to be common with other hotels in the historic river street area. Parking is expensive ¿ expect to pay a premium if you have a car. Can park at Whitaker Street deck for half the price of valet.

Every staff member was friendly and took time out to get to know us. The manager deserves extra recognition. I had an issue with my Uber to the airport so he volunteered to drive me in his own car. He went over and beyond when he didn't need too.

Location was excellent. Rooftop deck staff were terrific, friendly and accomodating. Access to River Street was so easy, I could let my teenage grandkids go out to shop on their own. Free breakfast was a plus!

Baseboard trim needed moldings to finish it off nicely. Toilets were a bit on the low side. A second coffee machine for breakfast would be good.

I like the location, the little balcony allowed you to take a step outside and people watch on the riverwalk as well as watch the huge boats on the river. Some really nice staff-four staff smiled and said hello and were friendly in their interactions.

The 1 valet and 2 front desk persons demeanor cold aloof I booked based on room picture but room I received was not the same. The hotel uses that one room 305 in picture on line all other rooms are much smaller.

Good location within walking distance of main streets.

Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed since this hotel is one of the top rated ones that comes up. The staff was not helpful at all, the room was not clean, and honestly the sheets were very scratchy.

Advertisement stated that I would have a refrigerator and free breakfast. Neither was true. Showed receptionist and told her those two items is what made my decision and she did not seem to care at all. No parking. Add $40 for parking and $40 forbreakfast

We were situated right under the lobby so heard EVERYONE walking, running, talking, vacuuming, etc ALL NIGHT LONG. definitely NOT worth the --- per night I paid for it. Overall, disappointing experience.

Amazing location.

For the price of the room, they could at least provide a mini fridge in each room. There is more than enough space.

The staff from valet parking to inside assistance was very good . Excellent customer service The noise level was very disturbing as my room was directly under the lobby I had to ask to be moved to another room But they did it graciously

I preferred the wood floors in place of carpet but they were not clean. it was apparent that areas had not been swept or mopped recently I did not like having to be forced to valet park windows in room were very dirty could not enjoy view

Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was very friendly. Hotel was very clean and conveniently located to out activities. Loved the view of the river from our balcony & rooftop bar. Will definitely book again.

Location and style of the building, quality and kindness of front desk service. Very nice bed. liked the fruit juice fountain and the fresh fruits in the lobby, the gym although tiny was a plus (over enlarged on the website though)

Dark wooden floors pretty dusty + sneakers marks: obviously bad designer choice (not the underpaid cleaners' fault)Street level room offered no option to have day light without being exposed to passers-by No breakfast even on the go. No sanitary pad.

We had problems with our reservation and the manager on staff was not friendly. The floor were extremely dirty in our room (towel was black after wiping up spilled water). My family received 175 bites on our legs collectively-common denominator the room.

The entire staff was very accommodating and professional. Location was superb. Hotel employee at the front desk was extremely helpful and willing to assist us with any and all requests. We'll be back to visit again soon!!!
