Sleep Inn Savannah Midtown

The first room was never cleaned from previous guest. The second room had a wet musty smell that hit you like a ton of bricks and the floor was so dirty we wore our shoes at all times. The front desk guy repeated my name and that was all he ever said.

Pool was not operational. Front desk lady was not friendly and acted like it was an inconvenience when asked for fresh towels and sugar, overall bad attitude. The shower and sink were clogged, sink dripped. Mattresses were gross, mold and blood

Room was clean and very nice.

The only thing I can complain about is we stayed 3 days without room cleaning,the trashcan was overflowing and only 2 towels for the 3 of us and we used them the entire stay. Room itself maybe doesn't need full cleaning but fresh towels and trash emptied.

Staff was wonderful

There were clothes from previous person under some furniture and the mattress had a weird smell underneath. Window didn't lock either but it was good otherwise.

The store had bugs everywhere, dirt everywhere, they didn't have noticable breakfast. Why they mention free breakfast for only bread and coffee? They are disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help.

The room was filthy and the floor was covered in hair and food crumbs. There was no dresser and only 2 hangers in the closet. I found black mold in the bathroom as well as someone else's shaved hair in the shower. The fridge was also broken.

Water leaks in hallway, rooms so humid our beds were wet, our room flooded, smelled like cigarets, ceiling in rooms falling apart, hotel in bad area with police helicopters nightly, nothing was clean

This was a very nice hotel, the breakfast was included and a good spread, the entry area was clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

There is no elevator which is not advertised so be aware you have to carry your luggage up stairs

The hotel was clean

Had bad experience with the staff about a $250.00 deposit that was not advertised and I knew nothing about and I also had a billing issue. Will not stay here again.

laundry facilities uses quarters, but you have to leave the hotel and go across a 6-lane street, to the bank, to get quarters.

the construction that I was not aware of, woke me up!

under remodel and there wasn¿t any hot water so showering wasnt the best but i was tike about this at check in

Location.

No one warned us that the hotel was under major renovation until we arrived. The hotel is undergoing a name change and does not have clarion signage. Lobby was under renovation and I had to step over worker placing new tiles.

The staff was friendly and not their fault how bad it¿s ran right now.

Get there to check in and they are doing renovations on ALL king/ queen rooms.. nothing was noted about it when booking..NO HOT BREAKFAST DURING RENOVATIONS ¿WHICH WAS A MUST! Nothing posted about it when booked! Very upset and disappointed at this hotel

The staff was nice.

The hotel was undergoing construction. It wasn¿t very clean. I killed three roaches in my room over the course of my stay. I never had roaches in an hotel room. Carpet had bad stains and bathroom was not the cleanliness. Breakfast wasn¿t great.

There was nothing good about this hotel.

I was told it was under "renovation", this hotel was under a full CONSTRUCTION. Trash everywhere. Towels. Bedding in hallways. Debris and exposed nails on the flooring. Horrible experience.

customer service did their best to resolve the numerous issues we seem to keep experiencing.

NO HOT water.. again -- and a pet fee for a service animal is unacceptable.
