Holiday Inn Express Savannah Airport by IHG

Friendly front desk staff. Good location.

Inflexible with checkout times. Limited breakfast options compared to other Holiday Inn Express. Watery scrambled eggs, dried out, greasy sausage were inedible. Also no breakfast refrigerator items such as milk or yogurt. Unfriendly breakfast staff.

Food was good

Our room only slept 4. We were advised there would be a sofa sleeper but there was not. Our only option given was to cancel our reservation.

It was very clean, the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot.

Most expansive complimentary breakfast I have ever had at a hotel.Excellent location to the airport. Very comfortable bedding and large room.

Elevator not working so had to use steps. Unfortunately, on the eighth floor.

The breakfast was poor. The omelettes were not fresh and the home fries were warm. Everything else was fine.

The location of hotel was close to 95 and restaurants. A lot of breakfast selections.

Over all clean and nice breakfast. The blonde who checked me in and the lady who was attending to the breakfast was so nice. She was friendly and kind.

I was told the pull out would be made for us prior to us arriving and the cleaner refused and put the sheets on the table for me to do when I inquired about it. Then the key didn’t work and the same lady didn’t have a good attitude about that at all like I was inconveniencing her.

Very nice. Clean. Staff friendly and the kitchen staff young lady was particularly wonderful.

Nothing, all was great.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and very well lit. My daughter and I were both able to get our makeup and hair done at the same time.

I informed the reservationist of a leak in the room and that the wallpaper was peeling and she appeared to not be concerned. I did not see until following morning. We only stayed one day.
