- After giving us the wrong type of room the first night, despite me calling to confirm 2 queen beds, they gave us a bigger room for the remainder of our stay

- The staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful.
Cons -
- room was smelly, they didn't remove used towels but did bring fresh ones. Wish they offered a simple breakfast
- no parking - only valet
- There is literally no parking. So you have to park in public parking. Valet cars are parked in front of the hotel so there is no where to leave your vehicle to check in.
