I reserved a two-queen bed w/ kitchenette, and they gave us a room without the kitchenette. I paid for the kitchenette under my reservation because of dietary needs. They found a solution and was able to locate a room for us with the kitchenette.

Very dirty and has cockroaches
I couldn't find the hotel address, and couldn't find the hotel after driving back and forth on Abercorn St for 1 1/2 hours! I called their phone number 4 times, but it disconnected every time.
