- Staff was very professional. Rooms need an update. Looked and smelled old.

- This hotel needs maintenance and renovation.
- I did not like nor appreciate that hotel front desk clerk calling me in my room to tell me they did not have a card on file for me when I paid through you all! They charged me $--- over and beyond what I'd already paid for two nights.
- Gym unavailable, bathroom floor was dirty, exposed wires in bathroom, overall shabby reno job & very limited selection for breakfast. All I wanted was a few bananas.
