Nothing. Very unsafe.

The front desk staff, not having a room, and cigarette smoke.

That I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in.The guy that checked us in was the only decent worker. Oh and prices was decent

The employees At this establishment don't have an ounce of professionalism in them. There 7 days room wasn't cleaned once and we couldn't get fresh towels after asking for 3 days. Recommend only if no other choice.

The staff tried there best. They let me look at the room before I checked in. The 1st room had a dirty comforter on it so they let me look at a 2nd room. This room was a little better but still wasn¿t clean. The walls and floors were dirty.

Cleanliness was terrible. Awaken at 4 in the morning by loud music next door. Phone didn¿t work in room to call front desk. Used my cell phone to look up front desk number.

Blood on ceiling, hair in bed, stains EVERYWHERE. Front desk person locked herself out of her computer, gave us a room without checking in. Asked for a refund, but she couldn't since she was locked out.

price was reasonable

double room was book, receive a room with a full bed for 2 adults. no breakfast

It was relatively clean, and had all necessary items.

Sheets were dirty, pillows were extremely thin, and no shampoo/conditioner/soap.

The attendant was no where to be found when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes for her to return. missing again at check out.

Very unfriendly desk people don¿t answer phones

Close to a lot of things other than that nothing need to revenate these rooms need more improvement everywhere

Bedding was dirty and entire hotel smelled like cigarettes.

It was like a section 8 housing

Beds we small. No counter space by stove or in bathroom

If I had known that the hotel was previously a Value Stay I would never have stayed at that kind of hotel

Leaks in the bathroom shower. The floor is bowed in multiple places and there was a bug on my bed

The bed was comfortable and loved the stove.

Just people hanging outside with picnic chairs and the people loitering. And also the waiting time for a room was almost a hour and she never called to tell me when it was ready the receptionist only said it would be 45 minute wait which ended up to be longer.

Dirty environment and poor customer service

The facility smells like cigarettes from the entrance, random homeless people at door, lobby is closed overnight without notice and the hotel customer service is poor because they don’t answer the phone.

Location was good!

The maintenance of the place was poor with broken things and worn paint.

I liked the fact that the facility didn’t house cats and I was able to worship and pray in peace.

Well I didn’t have a top drawer in my dresser , I was briefly told that the property would be remodeled in February.
