the room is clean. the breakfast is ok. The location is excellent

after driving 4 hours to arrive at the lobby. I was very thirsty. When I was waiting in line for check in. I noticed the couple in front of me. both were granted two small bottle of water. I was so happy . When it's my turn, theirs is no water. I politely if I can get some water, the girl said no that's for member only. very disappointed when I got in the room there is no water either.

The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was nice. Decent food and coffee which is unusual for a hotel.

There is no Free Parking and the hotel description is very misleading in that regard . Had to find parking in the street . Very pricey overall

The room was comfortable, well-divided between seating and sleeping areas. The location is very convenient, close to everything in the historic city center.

The location is great.

the bathroom set up in the rooms. In the center of the room was the toilet and sink with a sliding door so not very private. The shower and bigger sink was farther down. The room was nice but that set up my teenager wouldn't go to the bathroom till we were down in the lobby haha.

Very nice hotel in all respects with a terrific location. Very friendly and helpful staff. particularly the valet, Carlton. who gave us some great information on places to eat in the city.

Not a thing.

Good options on breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, staff was very friendly, walking distance for lots of shops and places to grab a bite to eat. Overall, very pleasant stay.

A little more attention to detail and cleanliness. We didn't see any bugs, but our shower curtain smelled like body odor! Two of the outlets on the office desk didn't work, toilet handle had to be held down to flush completely and often flushed twice. One of the glasses in the room was dirty. We had a suite and couldn't see the tv. Thought, ok I'll move it to better accommodate, no such luck. Bolted to the stand. It swivels, but the stand is against the wall so not much. Like I said, little things. It's not much individually, but added up, kind of ruined the whole.

Staff was excellent. Location was good and as expected. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

There was some mold / mildew around the shower door and and shower base. No trash can in the bathroom that had the shower and sink only in the other part that had the toilet. The sofa / trundle bed was soooo hard you almost can’t even sit on it. When the cleaning people came after the 2nd day, they did not replace the glasses we had used since the 1st night. The valet parking charge is ridiculous. $40 a night come on. Luckily I had read other reviews and knew ahead of time and saved my money by parking myself at the garage a block away.

Great location. Room was nice and comfortable.

Couldn’t stay longer.
