The building was cool and the location was great. Hotel employee at the bell desk was excellent.
Oh yes. Horrible service. NO ONE answered three different calls to get room service. After going to the lobby, the clerk only made excuses. Housekeeping was horrible. Fingernail clippings from a previous guest still on bathroom counter.
