This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at the Bluff. First 2 times were great, last 2 times including this trip I would rate it a 3 star hotel rather than 4. Many amenities not available, some of the staff were unprofessional & obviously just over being there.

Nothing really. It's not in a walkable location to town, the staff aren't friendly, and the room had bugs.

The staff and manager lied to us consistently about the refund requests.

Called for shuttle to pick us up and 45 minutes went by and we ended up walking back

Within walking distance to everything, staff was very friendly and room was clean. Had no issue parking as well! We had a great time in Savannah..

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Location is about 5 to 6 blocks from city market. Complimentary shuttle was great.

Breakfast was a little pricey for what was offered. It was good though and the staff was great.

The service was great and the room was modern, comfortable, and spotless. It was also close to the historic sights.

There was no iron in the room. Only an ironing board. Went to the staff twice about this and they assured me I'd get one. They finally gave me iron on the last day. Other then that, it was a pleasant experience.

Comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was wonderful. Within walking distance of the Historic District Inside of hotel was very modern and up-to-date. Parking lot next to hotel. Staff was very friendly.

This was not as close to the Historic District as we thought. Hotel shuttle was not working so we had to walk about 3-4 blocks to Riverfront and Historic District. Walked through a not-so-nice area. I would not do it at night.

Room was clean, bed comfortable and walking distance to everything! First floor housekeeper was very pleasant, I didn¿t catch her name but she told me all about her two year old grandchild! Very hard worker!

It was easy to locate and parking. I was an easy walk to the river and downtown shopping area although the first couple of blocks were exposed near a busy road.

I was told over the phone that it had a pool. Upon arrival no pool.

The staff were amazing, the location was great, and the breakfast bar (although it never changed while we were there) was decent.

I was surprised to find hidden charges for daily parking but the biggest complaint is that the beds were really substandard. It was like sleeping in a hammock and wrecked my back and neck. They said they were getting new beds so hopefully they do.

Very modern and clean room, as it had been completely renovated. Complimentary shuttle to downtown area was very useful and efficient, and the staff was friendly. There were also complimentary bikes for use. A very comfortable stay.

Breakfast could have been more complete, but good nonetheless. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak too, but not useless.

The location is excellent. Close proximity to all that historic downtown has to offer.

My only complaint was that in the description, it listed the room as having a sleeper sofa. This was not case. It was a sectional sofa, but did not have a pullout bed. This was disappointing because we had our teenage son with us.
