The breakfast layout and the wayer pressure in the shower

The electronic door locks not working properly for us and others staying there. The a/c wasn’t left on, room smelled musty & moldy; like from moisture buildup, going from being cool to warm. Had to switch rooms. Blinds were dirty. Sheets smelled.

Staff wasn’t accommodating in pricing. I could not get a discount so I went in the parking lot and booked using a on line booking When I came back in with my reservation she wasn’t happy. She said I would have to pay taxes. I showed her I had paid it.

The room was great, breakfast was nice qith a large selection.

For the second and third night, our waternin our room ran dark brown, the color of tea. The desk clerk didn't seem worried. We let it run for a while until it seemed clear, but didn't drink that water just in case.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just okay.

Night staff was not very friendly. No hot tub and the fitness room was closed.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Great Breakfast! Staff already had our room paperwork printed out and cards programmed before we arrived! Excellent!

Bathroom badly needs renovation. Cracks around the shower need caulking, bathroom needs paint. Bathroom fixtures badly need replacing they are corroded

The cleanliness of the lobby. Our room was clean, just needed a little updating. The breakfast was way above average for a continental breakfast. The front desk clerk was very friendly and personable. The room was a great value.

The staff was very helpful and super friendly.

The light fixture in the shower was leaking when the room above us had their water on.

I liked the location. It was close to the highway and food once we checked in for the night.

The rooms/furnishing were older and seemed dingy.

The phone wasn't connected in the room. I wasn't able to access the internet, with wrong directions from the front desk, until the third try. The remote on the television only worked sporadically.

Internet was difficult to connect, the in room phone was inoperable, was not notified that the pool was not operational. Price should have been modified.

At check in front desk was watching a soap opera blasting on tv in Libby. On check out morning room keys all over the place were not working. No one at desk from 6:55-7:25. Had to find a cook who got mater key to start letting guests back in rooms

pool was closed- and was advertised as open. Rooms were dirty. when these complaints were given to staff- they were rude and said ¿that¿s your opinion.¿ Corporate complaint was given and got a case number. Corporate was supposed to call within 24 hours

The TV Was big enough and got a good number of channels. The shower was great. Good hot water, and the tub was wide.

I liked everything.

Clean, decent breakfast, next to expressway.

The "business" computer still using Windows 7 and did not connect to the printer. Would have liked pancake or waffles. Obviously these are very minor issues.

Would be nice to have card swipe access at side door. We had to park on side of bldg, but then walk around to the front to enter. For a mom & daughter traveling alone, we¿d feel safer if we could access the side door nearest our car, esp late at night.

I booked a king room and when I checked in I was put into a handicap room. I paid --- for two nights not a good experience.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast.

Terrible parking, lot was not lit well. Bed was lumpy. Did not give me 3 star vibes at all

The first room I was given smelled very musky and had a personal dehumidifier in it that wasn¿t even turned on so I asked for a different room and it too had a dehumidifier that wasn¿t on but at least that room wasn¿t as musky smelling.

Location and very nice staff

My room was VERY humid. The carpet felt damp to my feet (probably wasn¿t but the humidity was that bad). Another family member said the same. I inquired at the front desk about this, they said many rooms there had that problem. I don¿t plan to return.

Small bathroom, door is situated in such a way that makes it difficult to get out of bathroom because the door swings all the way into the small bathroom
